The Sales and Operations Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for driving commercial operations and commercial excellence for the EMEA region. This position is part of the Genomic Medicine OpCo and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Drive increased Genomic Medicine sales efficiency and effectiveness

• Drive the EMEA region’s Funnel Management daily management

• Support the EMEA region’s Sales Forecasting and Problem Solving (PSP)

• Lead/Manage ad hoc projects supporting continuous improvement in process documentation/execution and metrics

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Genomic Medicine data analytics and management reporting

  Who you are:

• BS degree in Life Science, Engineering, Business or similar; MBA desirable

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a customer consultative support and/or commercial role

• Analytical Toolset Skills: Deep expertise with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and reporting structures together with advanced Excel skills (e.g., high comfort level with manipulating, consolidating and joining complex data sets and Expert knowledge of / programming level skills in SFDC, Power BI and Qlik tools)

• Collaboration Skills: Ability to earn credibility and trust and form strong relationships at all organizational levels by drawing on excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written). Ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams and manage complex tasks quickly and effectively in a constantly evolving environment.

• Strategic Thinking Skills: Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• DBS Certified Practitioner status in Problem Solving and Funnel Management.
