Job Description

All In-Solutions is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Test Automation Lead to join our team. Must have experience working with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts. Coordinate with test sites and other team participants to plan test events. experience in creating reports. Tracks problems and reports on errors that are identified. Must have experience with configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing. Must have comprehensive technical expertise on IT products, operating systems, software, hardware, systems and networks and specialized environments. Must have experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures. Must manage the defect database under the guidance of senior QA engineers.

Responsibillities:

  • Review existing program Test Automation approach and solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop a Test Automation Improvement plan and lead execution of the plan.

  • Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

  • Apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies with quality processes and methodologies.

  • Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

  • Provide test automation improvement updates to AFS Leadership, work with Tech Architectures, Product Analysts, and applications SMEs to ensure test strategy fully covers all integration points and handshakes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leading automated testing in an agile, SDLC environment.

  • 3+ years of using Jira or another bug/requirement tracking system and working with development to resolve issues.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to work remotely and securely.

  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.

  • Develops comprehensive testing plans that align with project objectives and risk assessments.

  • Provides ongoing coaching and guidance to less experienced testers, fostering their professional development through knowledge sharing and hands-on experience.

  • Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products.

  • Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.

  • Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.

  • Serves as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.

  • Directs and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
