Packaging Technician Location: Whitakers, NC Description:

• The candidate will be responsible for audits, acquiring PIV licenses to move skids, reports, working with the shipping team, and communicating with external warehouse teams.

• Under minimal supervision supports site-level packaging operations with activities ranging from daily packaging operational activities to implementing packaging-related changes that result in efficiency, cost saving and/or sustainability improvements.

• Manages site-level returnable packaging program by keeping an accurate inventory of all components within the program.

• Drive packaging engineer initiatives and collaborate with third party stakeholder to improve the returnable skid process efficiency.

  Education, Licenses, Certifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

• Experience with computer is preferred.

• Experience with forklift is preferred.
