A Glimpse of Your Day-to-Day:

Every day offers a new opportunity, but your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with your infectious enthusiasm and guiding them to their tables or the bar, setting the tone for a memorable experience.

• Coordinating closely with the service team to maintain flow and efficiency, ensuring each guest receives prompt and attentive service.

• Assisting in managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining room and bar space.

• Addressing and resolving any guest concerns with poise, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.

• Performing ad-hoc duties as needed to support an exceptional dining environment.

What We Need From You:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be warm, welcoming, and able to converse easily with a diverse array of guests.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Compliance with local legal requirements for food handling and alcohol service, including being of legal age and fluent in English.

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, ready to meet each challenge with a smile.
