Adecco US, Inc. HR Coordinator Receptionist in Utica, New York

Adecco has an immediate opening with a valued client for a HR Coordinator. In this role you would be in a high-visibility, key role as part of the client's HR Utica Team. They are seeking someone who is positive, high energy, detailed oriented and dedicated to providing excellent customer experience. This is an onsite position in Utica, NY.

What You'll Do:

Employee and Customer Experience

  • Welcome and direct employee, vendor, and candidate traffic.

  • Partner with Human Resources with new hire orientation process; including new hire paperwork, communications, training, escort employees to appropriate work centers.

Employee Engagement

  • Manage client branded inventory used to reward and recognize employees, to include procurement and issue, staying within assigned budget. Recommend investments to incentivize and reward employees.

  • Assist employees in the interpretation and administration of company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Help drive Human Resource focused campaigns, engagement activities and site events.

  • Effectively communicate with and influence employees at all levels.

Partner with Key Stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain positive partnerships with on-site employees and managers

  • Office organization and support

  • Take ownership of ad hoc organizational duties and tasks based on manager and business needs such as calendar management, reserve meeting rooms and order office supplies and materials.

  • Work closely with the Operations Leadership Team

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Relevant professional experiences or internships

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
