System One Receptionist in Tulsa, Oklahoma

System One is working with a local company that is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the office, and delivering a pleasant and professional experience to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks and update records

  • Handle general office duties to ensure smooth operations

  • Perform light clerical duties as needed

  • Manage filing systems, organize and maintain files and records

  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, fax machines, voice mail systems, and computers

  • Serve as a backup for answering a 10-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate staff

  • Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs

    Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred

  • Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Pleasant outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Clear speaking ability and excellent verbal communication skills

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
