The WW Sales Operations Support Learning and Development team is a fast paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager, who can design, develop and manage global L&D programs.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent planning, organization and implementation skills

  • Proven track record of successful facilitation of learning and development programs, or other programs with similar scope

  • Superb verbal and written communication

  • Strong problem solving abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in areas of ambiguity

  • Good understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques

  • Knowledge of the instructional design process

  • Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of Management

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and embrace change enthusiastically

  • High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire change in a matrix organization

  • Ability to facilitate coaching sessions to multiple levels teams members and managers.

Description

As the WW SOS L&D Program Manager you will understand the needs of our teams members and manage programs that connect and inspire our team members to enable them to develop their careers. Your are self motivated and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and evolving environment. You will also have the opportunity to design and facilitate coaching and practice sessions that allow our teams to apply their skills in a safe, collaborative space. You will be part of a larger Global L&D team and will prepare and present our program results and effectiveness on a quarterly basis.

Education & Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years experience managing training programs Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
