• Yield Analysis and Process Support - Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem and implement and drive internal corrective actions.

• Experimentation - Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality.

• Customer Corrective Action Support - Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions.

• QIC Meeting - Chaired or assist (if the QA Engineer Sr is not available) the QIC Meeting, to drive Continuous Improvement on product quality with the Workcell team members.

• Internal Communication - Ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift. This communication might include inspection instructions, customer complaints, production scheduling, or other specific instructions.

• MRB and Purge - Participate in purge and MRB meeting to ensure proper disposition of discrepant material.

• Visual Aids - Ensuring that proper visual aid for inspection is available for Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Department.

• Deviation Authorization - Ensure the process being done follows the Deviation authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date.

• ECN - Review the ECN checklist and ensure the ECN is implemented correctly.

• Stop line or shipment authorization - He/she is fully authorized to call for stop line or shipment at any point of time with regards to quality issues that in his/her justification can impact customer's products.

• Incoming material quality - participate in QN disposition raised by IQA to ensure proper disposition of discrepant material.

• Material qualification - participate in First Article Inspection Request and Approval for material qualification to ensure necessary requirements been fulfilled.

• Support Quality Indicators - monitor quality indicators as defined throughout the line. Recognize opportunity / gap and drive for internal corrective actions.

• Perform Shop floor System and MES Configuration
