Description We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team in the scientific instrument manufacturing industry, located in Stillwater, Minnesota, United States. This role will involve developing and executing an effective marketing strategy to achieve financial objectives. The Director of Marketing will also be responsible for overseeing the training organization, leading the development and implementation of training programs to enable the execution of the strategy, and working with corporate marketing to drive the U.S. product funnel from product inception to product retirement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of marketing activities in line with the strategic direction and positioning of the organization.

• Provide product development input, both domestically and to the Corporate Marketing group.

• Oversee the strategy and development of all social and digital omni channels, partnerships, and digital channel investments.

• Contribute to the development of the U.S Immuno Diagnostics 3-year strategy; anticipate future opportunities via industry analysis, culture, and trend forecasting.

• Champion the use of analytics throughout the function to accomplish strategic goals.

• Foster an environment that encourages the exploration and implementation of new marketing technologies across digital, mobile, and omnichannel platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive brand engagement.

• Stay up-to-date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify and grow business opportunities.

• Align pricing strategy using market knowledge and research.

• Oversee major Product Launches, Product Portfolio Strategy, and Lifecycle Management.

• Develop and manage assigned marketing budgets, including marketing-mix/expense budgets, and global product portfolio sales forecast to achieve financial performance targets.

• Manage partnerships with strategic partners. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing role within the Scientific Instrument Manufacturing industry

• Proven knowledge and experience with CRM and database management

• Proficiency in EO/IR systems

• Experience with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics for monitoring and improving marketing campaigns

• Proven skills in developing and managing advertisement strategies

• Demonstrable experience in enhancing brand awareness

• Experience in campaign planning and execution

• Strong design and digital skills

• Proven ability to lead and manage a marketing team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate with other departments to align company goals and strategies
