Jabil Senior Compensation Analyst in St. Petersburg/Tampa, Florida

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Jabil, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, benchmarking data, and internal equity to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices across the organization.

This position is based onsite at our beautiful corporate office in St. Petersburg, FL.

What can you expect to do?

Compensation Design and Governance: Collaborate with HR leaders and business partners to design, implement, and administer compensation programs, policies, and guidelines aligned with Jabil's strategic objectives and best practices.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to analyze compensation trends, practices, and competitiveness in relevant industries and geographic markets, and provide recommendations to ensure Jabil's compensation programs remain competitive.

Compensation Planning: Partner with business leaders and HR partners to develop and implement short-term and long-term incentive plans, bonus structures, and recognition programs that drive performance and align with business objectives.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze compensation data, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop actionable recommendations for improving compensation programs and processes. Workday Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, providing support for compensation-related modules, configurations, and enhancements, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation practices, including fair labor standards, pay equity, and data privacy, and provide guidance and support for audits and compliance initiatives.

Communication and Training: Develop and deliver communication materials, training programs, and resources to educate employees, managers, and HR partners on compensation programs, policies, and processes, and address inquiries and concerns.

Project Management: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to compensation design, implementation, and governance, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to achieve project objectives and deliver results on time and within budget.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field required; Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration.

  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations, with expertise in incentive plan design and governance.

  • Proficiency in Workday HCM or similar HRIS platforms, with experience in compensation module configuration, data management, and reporting.

  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement in compensation programs and processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
