Pay Rate: $19 per hour to $23 per hour based on experience.

Shift: 1st shift 6am to 2pm

* 2nd shift 2pm to 10:30pm*

* 3rd shift 10:30pm to 6am*

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Tech? You’ll be:

• Interacting with production employees, QA, and other maintenance technicians to improve and maximize plant output, efficiency, quality, and safety

• Utilizing process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures

• Maximizing performance of machinery by troubleshooting equipment problems, making changes, and maintaining all plant equipment

• Reading blueprints and technical manuals

• Assisting with efficient equipment changes and mold changes to accommodate production needs

• Utilizing preventative maintenance program to maintain and prevent failure of equipment

• Producing quality product through tight monitoring of process, raw materials, and finished products

• Preserving plant equipment through proper cleaning and maintenance

• Recording, documenting, and reporting various data

• Demonstrating good manual dexterity and concentration

• Standing for long periods of time

• Reaching within hands and arm's length, bending and stooping, walking, and consistently standing for long periods of time

• Lifting up to 50 lbs

• Withstanding manufacturing working conditions

• Working in small/confined spaces

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 1-3 years of related experience

• Can read and comprehend procedures written in English

• Have basic ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment

• Possess sound problem-solving skills

• Have attention to detail
