Job Title: Client Onboarding Representative

Location: Springfield, Missouri

Employment Type: Full TimeShift: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Job Summary:As part of our dedicated Client Services Team, the Client Onboarding Representative plays a crucial role in welcoming and guiding prospective clients throughout their initial journey with us. This vital position ensures that first-time visitors enjoy a seamless and informative process, paving the way for successful appointments and enduring partnerships.

With a focus on excellence in both verbal and written communications, along with meticulous attention to detail, the Client Onboarding Representative manages essential administrative tasks, maintains efficient records, performs thorough screenings, schedules assessments, and expertly navigates insurance requirements. Through thoughtful guidance and genuine warmth, they set the stage for memorable encounters and foster long-lasting rapport with clients and providers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process requests for first-time client services from clients and/or Providers.

  • Ensure completion of all necessary access tasks before the client's visit.

  • Conduct client screening.

  • Schedule initial comprehensive assessments.

  • Obtain pertinent client signatures and photos of applicable documents.

  • Perform insurance verification.

  • Follow up with clients via a welcome email containing pertinent information for their first visit.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience in medical customer service required.

  • Experience in medical appointment coordination required.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.

  • Strong computer skills with excellent typing abilities.

  • Efficient and accurate data entry capabilities.

  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Ability to establish effective relationships via telephone and personal interactions.

  • Willingness to follow direction and accept supervision.
