As a member of the Panel Procurement team, you will be working closely with the Displays BU and responsible for commodity management -- Panel.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing

Manage diverse supplier base through the right procurement model, right relationship, and right performance metrics

• Manage business RFQ

• Supplier Management

• Contract Management

• Drive Strategic Initiatives

• Drive Innovation & marketing needs

Cost Management

Optimize the right cost envelop across the Product Life Cycle

• Best in Class Cost

• Meet Saving Targets

• Payment Terms Improvement

Resiliency

Develop capacity for resilience and recovery to deliver customer satisfaction

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree in Business or Engineering preferred.

• Typically 6-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Growth Mindset

• Panel product & panel industry knowhow

• Understand panel cost structures and panel cost trends

• Communication skills to connect with cross functional teams/suppliers

• Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Excellent organizational skills to collect/summarize data and industry trend

• Ability to effectively summarize results and recommendation/proposals to senior management

• Fluent mandarin listening and speaking skills would be considered an advantage.
