As a Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in field engineering and union positions, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong emphasis on field recruitment and nurturing union relationships. Your responsibilities will include: Spearheading and defining the Field Tradespersons Recruiting Program. Cultivating awareness of career pathways within unions. Taking initiative and employing resourcefulness to address recruitment challenges. Conducting screening, interviews, and management of active candidates. Employing innovative methods to source and network, thereby driving applicant engagement. Collaborating with local unions, participating in trades-related events and conferences, and establishing partnerships with local trade schools, high schools, and community colleges. Conducting ongoing exploratory interviews to maintain a consistent talent pipeline. Partnering with Talent Acquisition Team as other priorities arise What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Previous experience in recruiting for field, service, and labor positions. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in networking and familiarity with best search practices. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. Some knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, OFCCP, and general HR practices (preferred).
