The Position

We are currently seeking aFinancial Customer Service Representativeto join our team atThe Vermont Country Store. In your role, youll ensure customer orders are processed accurately and timely as well as monitoring transactions and using reports to identify potential fraudulent transactions and trends.

Where We Are

This is anin-personrole performed in our office located at 15 West Street, Rutland, Vermont.

A Sampling of What Youll Do

• Process held orders by working with customers, credit card processor and issuing banks
• Pinpoint fraudulent activities on transactions done with the company to prevent losses
• Review and resolve current fraud detection and prevention efforts
• Keep tabs on transactions that may be potentially fraudulent and work with management to ensure all possible corrective measures are taken when fraud is apparent

Who Were Looking For

• Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Customer Service preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and web-based applications preferred
