W Rome is casting for Chef de Partie. The talent will report to the Executive Chef Zamperetti Nicola and will join us as soon as possible.
The Chef de Partie will be working in a young team made up of passionate culinary professionals in the hotel’s restaurant Giano and other B+F outlets, where the culinary concept of Ciccio Sultano of “educated cuisine” reigns.

What you’ll be doing
Responsible for the assigned partie under the supervision of the Sous Chef
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu for room service and breakfast prep
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
What we’re looking for
Accountability and dependability are mandatory
Experience in the role in 5* hotels or Michelin starred restaurants
Understanding of luxury culinary standards
Work safely and securely in compliance with regulation
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we’ll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
