The Director, Proactive Defense will lead the delivery of Attack Surface
Management, Cloud Security Posture Management, and Azure/M365 Enablement across the Public Sector.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of the team and delivery of the following Capabilities:
Attack Surface Management: Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Penetration Testing, Phishing Testing
Cloud Security Posture Management: M365 and Azure Configuration Management
Cloud Enablement: PS M365/AZ deployment
Manages and provides tasking of Engineering Resources to deliver against prioritized Attack Surface Management, Cloud Security Posture Management, and Enablement tasks
Hires, Trains, and ensure proper resourcing of Engineering Resources to meet current and forecasted resourcing and capability needs.
Manages COGS to meet Gross Margin targets for Subscription and Professional Services for Proactive Defense Delivery
Identifies, produces, and validates Proactive Defense-related Feature requirements and releases for automations and improvements to be built into the Cyber Defense Platform and SCYOPS delivery.
Provides IT Ops-related solutions architecting expertise support to accounts in the course of Proactive Services delivery
Provides technical expertise support in Government Presales engagements
Requirements
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 security tooling capabilities and Microsoft licensing allocations
Expert knowledge of Cloud Security Configurations and Solutions to meet Public Sector-specific Regulatory Controls Requirements/Frameworks/Strategies (Zero-Trust, CMMC, NIST 800-171, NIST-CSF, etc.)
Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communications skills
CSPM-related skills: DSC and tbd-Azure Configuration Mgmt tooling enablement; Solutions Architecting with Clients to fill gaps/vulnerabilities
ASM-related skills: Patch/Vulnerability Management tool expertise; Phishing and PenTesting tooling expertise and follow-on advisement with clients
Ability to maintain awareness of and analyze evolving security-related technologies and processes for their utility within a cybersecurity architecture
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of related experience; if no degree, you must have 7-10 years of related experience to effectively perform the position
US Citizenship Required
Licenses/Certifications: AZ-500, SC100, SC-200, SC-400, AZ-104

License/Certification: CCSP
