Seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to work with an Expanding Nutraceutical company to assist with quality systems and process improvements in a cGMP regulated manufacturing environment!

Schedule: SWING Shift 2pm-10:30pm

Pay: 65K-70K DOE - * _Not including Quarterly and Annual Bonuses!*_

Type of Job: Direct Hire

Description:

• Supervise and coach staff using the performance management process

• Hiring and training new staff quality production staff

• Assist in achieving quality department goals and objectives, striving for continuous improvement.

• Maintain the Environmental Monitoring Program.

• Facilitate the annual Cleaning and Blend Validation Program.

• Support compliance programs to ensure compliance by all employees in the manufacturing facility.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of batch paperwork and samples.

• Report on Team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Support the non-conforming Materials product program, managing the status, release, and destruction of “Rejected” products.

• Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues

• Aid in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

• Initiate Control Document revisions as needed to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. Degree in a Life Science or Equivalent in experience

• 2-5 years of Quality Assurance Experience within a cGMP regulated manufacturing environment.

• Pharmaceutical, Food or Biotechnology manufacturing experience is a plus!

• 1-2 years of experience within supervision, training, or performance evaluations

• Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance.
