Job Qualifications

TITLE: Director of Finance

BEDS CLASSIFICATION: School Business Administrator

DEPARTMENT: District Business Office

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Assistant Superintendent for Business

CERTIFICATION: NYS School District Business Leader (SDBL) or equivalent required; Degree in accounting or related field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least three (3) years of successful experience as a School Business Official with a background in audit and accounting and five (5) years of business office experience with direct accounting experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Educational Financial Systems. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate.
