Native Resources International, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, Phone: 623-869-6757, is seeking to employ twelve (12) Machine Operators, for temporary, full-time employment to: to set up, operate, or tend saws or machines that cut or trim wood to specified dimensions, such as circular saws, band saws, multiple-blade sawing machines, scroll saws, ripsaws, or crozer machines. May mount attachments or tools onto production equipment. To inspect lumber and raw woodstock, examine logs or lumber to plan the best cuts, trim excess material from workpieces, and trim lumber to straighten rough edges or remove defects, using circular saws.

Workers are needed to begin work on May 28, 2024 to November 30, 2024. Work will be performed in Phoenix, Arizona including in the county of Maricopa. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. No education is required.No experience is required.

Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, hours 9:00AM to 5:00PM and will be paid no less than \$18.84 per hour and overtime at a rate no less than \$28.26 per hour. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on Friday (bi-weekly) by check.

All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (\$15.88 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of \$59.00 per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order (not counting any extensions). In determining the appropriate amount of reimbursement for meals for less than a full day, the employer may provide for meal expense reimbursement, with receipts, up to 75 percent of the maximum reimbursement for meals, or \$44.25. The employer may arrange and pay for the transportation and subsistence directly, advance at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker\'s departure, or pay the worker for the reasonable costs incurred by the worker. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
