Description

Reporting to the Global Program Management team, the Planview AdaptiveWork Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, configuration, and governance of the system across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Planview AdaptiveWork , specifically working on an implementation, so they know the ins and outs of various features.

This is a new internal position to support the newly implemented AdaptiveWork, which is currently not customized in any way. Our client needs an SME to come in and help them use it to its fullest capacity. The individual who is brought on will be the SME and will provide training and be the process owner globally. This person will be responsible for all new and existing users, making dashboards, account creation/deactivation, and creating a governance committee.

• Subject Matter Expert for AdaptiveWork functionalities

• Lead the Planview AdaptiveWork governance committee

• Provide training and support to new and existing users
