Position Details: Multi-specialty office!

Locations Available: Jefferson Valley, Yorktown, Mount Kisco, Thornwood, Putnam Hospital

Shifts: Full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Job Description:

• Provides professional nursing care to patients/significant others following established standards and practices

• Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

• Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures

• Performs telephone triage as needed

• Participates in patient education

Skills & Qualifications:

• Registered nurse licensed to practice in New York State (NYS) with active NYS registration

• 6+ months of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an outpatient setting
