Overview: JB Property Maintenance LLC is seeking Property Maintenance Supervisor in Sullivan County.

The Property Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a staff of 4 or more General Laborers. The work involves property maintenance, including but not limited to; mowing, weed whacking, driveways, drainage, gutters, masonry, ponds, pathways, and tree removal. This position involves working with the Laborers and is responsible for ensuring that all jobs are completed timely as required and that all safety protocols are followed.

Requirements: Drug Screening Reference Check 6 months experience in Property Maintenance

This position requires following directions, attention to detail, safety awareness, and good communication skills.

Shift, Salary and Benefits; This position is full time, start time is 7:00 AM - end time varies depending on weather and job schedules. Monday-Friday, some Saturdays, $20 hourly, salary is negotiable depending on supervisory and property maintenance experience. Holidays and 401K benefits are provided after a 1 year of satisfactory completion.
