Join Foth as a Construction Team Lead in Milwaukee, WI (Franklin - The Rock Sports Complex) Are you a dynamic leader with a background in civil engineering and a passion for driving results? Foth is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Construction Team Lead to join our Construction Services team and embark on a rewarding career journey with us. Primary Responsibilities: Lead construction management activities, facilitating coordination between design staff and construction observers. Mentor and support construction observers in resolving technical issues and providing training. Manage construction schedules, particularly for municipal projects. Contribute to estimating, contracting, and construction processes throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in planning and design activities during periods of low construction activity. Foster collaborative relationships with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success. Provide valuable input during project constructability reviews. Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with process start-up. Coordinate equipment supply as needed.
