The Opportunity

The 2024 Hotel Operations Graduate Management Development Programme in the Seychelles is committed to nurturing and shaping exceptional talent within the vibrant world of hospitality. Our 18-month immersive experience is designed to empower you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the industry.

The programme aims to propel you to leadership roles such as Department Manager or Assistant Department Manager within our hotels in the Seychelles upon programme completion.

The programme is thoughtfully divided into two nine-month placements across two of our hotels in the Seychelles. This strategy ensures a diverse exposure to various facets of hotel management, including:

Food & Beverage: Dive into the realms of restaurant management, bar operations, room service, conference & banquets coordination, and purchasing.

Front Office: Perfect your skills in reception services, concierge duties, business centre management, and guest relations.

Hotel Support Services: Explore the inner workings of housekeeping and commercial services, gaining valuable insights into the backbone of the industry.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values, possess a strong drive, a keen commercial acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine zest for operational excellence.

Mobility is also an important factor as the right person is expected to be working in at least two different locations during the programme, which can be anywhere in Seychelles for 9 months each.

To be considered, you should have:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree by August 2024.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Eligibility to work anywhere within the Seychelles.
  • Full mobility across Seychelles, along with a willingness to relocate as required by Hilton, and to arrange your own accommodation.
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality role would be preferred, although is not essential.
  • Availability to start this programme as of 2nd September 2024.
