Amazon Finance Manager - EU 3P B2B, EU Marketplace in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our EU marketplace team to support the Amazon business (B2B) market which is one of Amazon’s most exciting growth opportunities. Amazon Business is recognized as one of the key focus areas for Amazon and is growing fast and requires talented finance professionals to help scale.

You will partner with key business leaders and global finance teams to identify opportunities to drive growth, provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership. This position will lead the finance activities, create scalable reporting mechanisms and analysis including creating new pricing models required to grow the marketplace B2B business.

Key job responsibilities

• Serve as a finance partner working directly with Amazon Business leadership

• Lead the financial planning and analysis processes with metrics and data insights for financial risks, opportunities, and investment decisions

• Lead the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual business performance reviews

• Develop, report, and analyse key input metrics that support team goals

• Influence business decisions with effective communication skills, data driven analysis and modelling, and presentation of options and alternatives

Luxembourg, LUX

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, or CPA

  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL
