Support and Improve Operations team leads problem solving/ troubleshooting, launches new products, implement equipments, and leads industrial projects to guarantee the Quality, Service and Cost, to the customers, respecting and ensuring EHS rules in the lab. One of the main goals is also to promote Essilor's corporate Mission, Principles and Values.

Responsabilities:

  • Lead and coordinate process improvements and potential pilots in the workshop in close relations with techno clubs and/or labs

  • Coordinate and ensure process audit

  • Define, set targets and implement proper indicators for processes, yields, machine performances, in collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Maintenance.

  • Lead the 2nd level of root cause analysis and proposes corrective solutions in collaboration with Production, Maintenance and/ or Quality teams. Follow 3rd level of support from central team if root causes and/or corrections haven't been identified locally.

  • Lead industrial projects

  • Participates on recruitment process

Candidate Profile:

  • Master Degree in Engineering (chemical, industrial, or similar);

  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a high volume manufacturing facility;

  • Team work and transparency

  • Statistics and data analytics

  • Problem Solving

  • Agile methodology
