Robert Half is assisting a growing Las Vegas based real estate development company in their search for an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting our employees and organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating the hiring process

• Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding activities

• Assist in the management of employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

• Handle employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution

• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and coaching

• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters

• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

  Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in HR roles, including employee relations, and benefits administration

• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
