Overview

This role will involve new investments, strategic alliances, supporting bespoke solutions to drive domestic relevance and managing & deploying existing partnerships and commercializing existing assets to establish MasterCard brand leadership in the payment space.

Role

• Proven track record of managing product management in multiple countries

• Deep knowledge about multiple stakeholder management

• Experience for negotiate, execute and manage large customer commercial relationships and governments

• Interpersonal and negotiation skills - extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level.

• Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and provide design specifications for product enhancements to Product Management and ability to quickly understand business requirements and to translate them into potential business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience

• Deep knowledge and understanding of payments

• Action oriented and results driven and with a disciplined approach to deliver sales targets, financial analysis and strategic development

• Strong relationship management skills - experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Strong negotiating and influencing skills.

• Committed to quality with a strong focus on customer needs

• Strong people management and coaching skills

• Language: fluent English
