About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Software Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Istanbul, Turkey. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the renewal process of our software products for countries across a region, including; Turkey, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global software business, working in a regional role whilst learning how a high performing sales function works.

Area of responsibility

  • Coordinate the renewal process for software maintenance contracts and subscriptions, ensuring timely execution and compliance with company policies.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify renewal opportunities and develop proposals.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, renewal dates, and payment information in the Sales Force system.

  • Proactively engage with Sales Rep’s to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote the value of renewing their software subscriptions.

  • Manage systems to ensure they are up to date and correct. Generate renewal quotes, follow up invoices, and other documentation as needed.

  • Assist with inquiries, escalations, and support requests related to software renewals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, and other teams to streamline processes and optimize the renewal experience for customers.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in either Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Some experience in sales administration, customer service, or account management, preferably in the software industry.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Basic knowledge in Sales Force is a plus Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of software licensing models, contract management, and sales processes is a plus.
