Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a QA Lead to join a Fortune 500 client. This ideal candidate will be integrating with different teams including the QA team, BA team, developers, and project leads to produce strategies including functional automation and performance in different environments. This resource needs to have a deep understanding of how to develop strategy and implementations from an automation perspective. The ideal candidate needs to be a natural born leader and able to asses situations effectively across cross-functional teams. This resource will be reporting to the Director of Digital Applications and the team is working towards a large SAP implementation that will likely ramp up towards the end of this 6-month contract. This candidate is needed to strategize, implement, and set the foundation before the integration begins.

Skills and Requirements

- 10-15 years' experience in API testing

- 10-15 years' experience with hands on automation testing

- Experience leading a team, natural-born team leader, conflict management, handling inconsistencies in environments

- Experience testing in an agile environment

- Knowledge of load/performance testing - Tosca Automation tool null
