We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) Solution Architect who will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of a D365 project or workstream working in collaboration with business teams, functional teams, and technical developers. You will learn the customer’s business in terms of their needs and processes and architect solutions utilizing modern technologies and techniques to help them achieve their goals. Designs should find balance between user satisfaction, maintainability, scalability and cost efficiency. You will independently evaluate, design and implement scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to support the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Championing the technical areas of our projects through all project phases, including discovery, design, development, test and deployment.

• Producing technical specifications based on functional design specifications for D365 solutions.

• Estimating level of effort required to deliver requirements for existing/new projects in collaboration with ERP partners.

• Modifying D365 user interface based on business requirements using Visual studio, X++, C# and IDE AX/D365FO, JavaScript and frameworks.

• Performing D365 customizations and enhancements into deployment models & promote code from development, test, and staging environments.

The essential requirements of the role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline

• Minimum of 7-9 years of relevant Dynamics AX / D365 FO experience, specifically, at least three years dedicated to D365 F&O.

• Understanding of the D365 F&O platform, integration capabilities; ability to utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) and VST

• Visual studio using X++, C# and IDE AX/D365FO, JavaScript and frameworks.

• Experience developing ETL packages using SSIS.

• Experience using/consuming of Data Entities (OData), Azure Logic apps and other D365 Development tools.

• Cloud Native Development of Applications end to end (Azure)

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Experience supporting, maintaining, and modifying existing systems and integrations, DevOps branches, including Merge, Rollback operations.

• Experience identifying opportunities for improvement (both technical and process)

• Ability to document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements.

• Experience facilitating and reviewing customizations for developers and overseeing their work and performing code reviews.

• Certifications in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations Development
