*What you'll do* Manage clients and provide support on tax matters Learn to administer tax functions, including to complete basic annual reports, rate projections, rate verifications, joint account analysis and system updates Communicate with clients and state agencies Confirm client information to update systems Assist with projects related to client accounts Learn to utilize EFX tools, processes and procedures *What experience you need*

• HS Diploma or GED
• Customer Service/clerical experience

*What could set you apart*

• Understanding of PC functions and ability to learn/understand internal technology/systems.
• Experience with Google Suite
• Experience within an office environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
