Meta Application Manager, HR Applications in Fremont, California

Summary:

The People Products team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust HR applications for Meta employees. We are currently looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Application Manager with a strong background supporting the employee lifecycle. The individual will have the ability to manage and grow the systems, support critical programs across the company, and drive impactful change in a rapidly evolving organization. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in defining the future-state of the employee journey at Meta.

Required Skills:

Application Manager, HR Applications Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the research, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new HR systems

  2. Continuously elevate the employee experience and optimize HR system interactions

  3. Build consensus with decision makers on product and surface strategy

  4. Imagine innovative products and solutions that solve complex business problems fully leveraging Meta’s technology stack

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  2. 5+ years experience implementing or building solutions with enterprise software.

  3. 5+ years experience in human resources related domains, (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).

  4. 3+ years of experience working on data models with hands-on experience to draft queries and perform data analysis

  5. Experience harmonizing first-party and third-party technical environments

  6. Experience in managing proprietary in-house built systems, information security, corporate systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Workday) and working with internet scale data reporting analysis

  1. Sophisticated understanding of different integration technologies and custom tools leveraging Workday APIs

  2. Experience defining best practices and standardization in partnership with HR & Engineering stakeholders

  3. Experience juggling between strategy, execution and operational activities

  4. Experience leading effectively and influencing cross-functional groups

Public Compensation:

$166,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
