As a Joint Replacement Clinical Sales Specialist, you work with a high degree of technical acumen, service, reliability, and commitment to upsell and expand Stryker Joint Replacement products that meet our customers' needs and increase territory results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Effectively identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer's application of a product.

  • Effectively identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to robot independently or field escalation matters appropriately.

  • Use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems

  • Operate independently, confidently and proactively in driving daily schedule in assigned accounts

  • Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required

  • Contribute to team operations by clearly communicating and collaborating on schedules including on-call participation and sales development opportunities

  • Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company's policies and procedures

  • Must adhere to all vendor credentialing requirements

Education and Special Training Required

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience

Qualifications and Work Experience Required

  • BS/BA in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years demonstrated successful experience in the medical device or healthcare industry

  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships (Prefer with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in joint replacement procedures and robotic assisted surgery platforms
