Description We are offering a role in the service industry, located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States for an Accounts Payable Clerk. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and accounts payable duties in a professional setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling all aspects of Accounts Payable

• Reconciling invoices with purchase orders

• Welcoming and greeting visitors and customers

• Utilizing software for invoice entry

• Balancing cash register daily and handling cash

• Accepting applications from potential employees and forwarding them for background checks

• Filing AP invoices after payment as needed

• Assisting managers as needed

• Maintaining sales tax log

• Handling sales tax exemption log and forms

• Maintaining office equipment including scheduling routine service calls

• Ordering supplies for the office as needed

• Scanning bills into the accounting system

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
