We are seeking a high energy, self-starter who will be responsible for planning and directing all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization's Global Engineering Leadership Team, based in Farmington, CT. 

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *

· Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and international/domestic travel arrangements for SVP, Engineering as well as other members of the senior leadership team, as needed; prepare detailed meeting and travel itineraries; submit and monitor completion of related expenses. 

· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other global documents including Global Town Halls, annual planning meetings, global engineering meetings, and leadership events. 

· Schedule and provide on-site support for key leadership meetings, including but not limited to:  Quarterly Global Town Halls, Annual Planning, Talent Reviews, and Fellows Events

· Support meeting preparation and follow up: reviewing upcoming meetings, to ensure materials are available and distributed in advance, and providing agendas or documents to meeting attendees, as necessary. 

· Prepare communications and materials for the site leadership and consolidate reports and materials for leadership meetings, including senior business reviews.  

· Partner closely with Human Resources and the Engineering Chief of Staff to support and schedule key initiatives for the department

· Provide support with scheduling onboarding activities for newly appointed leaders.

· Interface with all levels of the organization and with external customers in a professional and effective manner 

· Manage special projects and engineering initiatives, as necessary. 

· Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. 

*EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: *

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities 

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

· Strong collaboration skills, ability to build partnerships with leadership team, and manage confidential projects. 

· Action oriented, proven record of accomplishment in driving for results. 

· Takes initiative; results oriented; influences others to achieve common goals. 

· Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) 

· Experience with Microsoft X Project desirable 

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree preferred
