As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager (FSQA) for our facility in Ellensburg, Washington.

What We're Looking For:

We are currently hiring a full-timeFSQA Manager. As a FSQA Manager, you will direct and coordinate all the Quality Control and Food Safety functions at the Ellensburg Division to ensure the consistent quality production of all products in compliance with Company and customer standards, and Federal/State regulations in a cost-effective manner.

You will supervise QC and Microbiological staff to evaluate and certify the quality of processed and packaged products. Organize and audit product quality and food safety programs throughout the entire process. Oversee complete and accurate recordkeeping of all facets of the quality program. Monitor production methods, in-process product quality, sanitation, product risk-management and product safety. Investigate and respond to customer complaints as directed by the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Leadership Team.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:

Working knowledge of quality standards, production methods, microbiology, food processing and USDA grading standards.

Must possess strong mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills as well as human relation skills, leadership, coaching, participative management style.
