Your future role:

  • We are about to launch our brand-new E-Business Platform at Innomotics.

  • You will be part of the team that oversees E-Business operations from day one and will act as a central contact point for Customers, Partners, and the internal Sales Organization.

  • You will use your knowledge to help identify and resolve incidents and errors that occur in daily operations as well as to constantly improve the digital customer experience.

  • You create service tickets and monitor their execution together with the respective IT-teams.

  • You are in charge of the migration and maintenance of Sales and Customer Master Data as well as E-Business content.

  • In your new role you will be responsible for the onboarding of new E-Business customers and the administration via the respective user management systems.

Your qualifications:

  • You can demonstrate relevant professional experience around ​​B2B E-Business, E-Commerce and Online Sales.

  • Ideally, you have knowledge in administration and maintenance of an E-Business platform.

  • Experience in SAP E-Commerce/ EDI/ Mail2EDI is a plus.

  • Your customer-oriented thinking allows you to influence improvements and design of your area of responsibility.

  • Through your own initiative, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach, you will advance your tasks and shape the future of your area of responsibility.

  • You have good communication skills, the ability to work in a global team and intercultural competence in working with internal and external partners at all levels.

  • Language: English professional level (written & verbal), German is a plus
