PURPOSE

The Manager of Pricing Analytics is a crucial member of the Corporate Pricing Team. Aids in shaping the vision and strategies for the Pricing Team and manages and leads the execution of those strategies. Sets the tone for coaching team members and reinforcing the team's culture. Engages with leaders across the country to identify needs and develop creative, yet scalable solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with Sales/Operations to craft Market level pricing strategies ensuring alignment with sales growth and profitability goals. Lead implementation of pricing systems, tools, and processes, ensuring alignment to Market specific goals and objectives. Assess customer needs across the organization and determine training requirements highlighting best practices. Coordinate with Sales Analytics team to drive development of tools and reports necessary to achieve goals and objectives. Support VP of Pricing in crafting and implementing company-wide initiatives. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Pricing Team to expand tools and processes related to managing Replacement Costs. Present system enhancement recommendations to Product Owner to address Sales/Operations' needs. Craft individual development plans for team members, and provide necessary coaching to ensure individual, team, and company success. Leverage large data sets and analytics packages to present price, cost, and margin recommendations to Sales/Operations. Help lead the development of key exception reporting to assess system architecture and data accuracy. Participate in cross-functional engagements to drive system integration ensuring pricing needs are represented.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Information Technology or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 5 years of experience in analytical field - preference given to disciplines focused on Sales, Margin, or Cost Analysis. 3-5 years of experience leading and developing teams. Demonstrated success crafting and implementing strategies and initiatives. Proven ability to leverage data in decision-making. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills - specifically Excel. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
