Description

Robert Half has partnered with a family office & professional services firm in Denver in search of an Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position is paying $110,000-$150,000 and is offering a hybrid work schedule!

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Review simple financial statements and related schedules

• Analyze and prepare complex financial statements, including consolidations and related schedules

• Maintain cash balances and oversee cash activity, including coordinating with other staff to ensure timely payment and high-quality input to accounting software

• Present multi-faceted information and financial reports, providing additional analysis and information as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to prepare financial package presentations and build customized reports

• Prepare journal entries for payroll, depreciation, investments and other areas as needed

• Provide support to tax department for compliance and tax return preparation

• Analyze and prepare recommendations to management on process improvement

Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:

• Active CPA

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• 7+ years of accounting experience

• Public accounting, family office, or professional services accounting experience is highly preferred

• Microsoft GP experience is nice to have, but not required
