Description We are in the search for a meticulous and efficient Accounts Receivable Clerk to be part of our team. located in Deerfield Beach, Florida,, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will primarily be responsible for securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

• Record customer payments by documenting cash, checks, and credit card transactions • Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions from local deposits • Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices • Maintain records of payments and ensure their accuracy • Analyze information and pay attention to detail to ensure accurate accounting work • Work productively with minimal supervision and manage multiple responsibilities within established timeframes • Maintain organized work and area, exhibiting excellent data entry and general math skills • Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment • Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, Commercial Collections, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP • Resolve any discrepancies in customer payments and credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation is essential • Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory • Familiarity with billing procedures and systems • Ability to handle cash applications effectively • Proven track record in cash collections and commercial collections • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Experience with Oracle is desirable • Familiarity with QuickBooks will be advantageous • Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
