Corporate Functions

Apple Retail focuses on delivering amazing direct-to-consumer experiences in our Apple Stores, through Apple.com, and via phone and chat support from our customer care contact centers. We connect millions of customers around the world to Apple products and services. Apple Retail’s Customer Insights team gathers feedback across these channels to improve the experience, representing the voice of the customer to guide tactical and critical initiatives across Apple. We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic research professional to join our team of market researchers. As a Research Lead, you will be responsible for managing and designing qualitative and quantitative research studies that help answer critical questions for Apple Retail. You will join a supportive team that emphasizes learning, collaboration, and development and plays an important role alongside Apple Retail’s global leadership teams. Description

This includes every stage of a research project (e.g., writing questionnaires and discussion guides, programming surveys, developing tab plans, coding comments, and building presentation slideware). You will be the primary source of information and insights on the Retail experience for your designated projects — liaising with internal partners to understand their information needs and requirements, developing and implementing new custom research studies, and communicating results and key insights to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. To be successful on our team, you should be intellectually curious about uncovering new insights and passionate about improving the customer experience. Collaboration with business partners and other researchers on the team is essential, so you will need to build strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors. You should also be flexible, with an ability to learn quickly and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
