This role will report to the Senior Finance Analyst (Team Lead), AGP Governance part of the Medical Devices (MD) Principal Costing CoE.

This is a fixed-term contract for 23 months.

  • Responsibilities and scope of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintenance of the MD Supply Chain Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP) Tool and related master data. The AGP Tool is a Tableau front ended technology which consolidated MD inventory and commercial sales from 20 individual ERPs into one application

  • Governance, calculation and reporting of the MD Supply Chain Profit in Inventory Reserve for selected franchises (total MD SC PII for all franchises USD 3.5 Billion reserve)

  • Performing SOX compliance controls for the AGP Tool including key controls around Supply Chain Master Data, including evaluating potential ways to streamline the SOX 404 compliance controls for the AGP tool ensuring no risk to compliance, and secure alignment from Internal and External Audit

  • Partnering with key stakeholder groups (Business Unit Finance, Intercompany Pricing, JJIT, ERP rollout and SigniFi teams) to shape the future end state for the AGP Tool and the calculation of the MD Supply Chain Profit in Inventory reserve

  • Supporting PIC COE projects in collaboration with key stakeholders (Business Unit Finance, Intercompany Pricing and JJIT)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree or relevant qualification is required in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline.

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Auditing is required.

  • Compliance background and/or willingness to grow in this area

  • Strong analytical, technical skills (Excel) and some knowledge in digital analytics skills is preferred (Power BI, Alteryx or Tableau)

  • Good communicator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Team player, natural in networking

  • This position is recruited at any PIC CoE location: Cork, Ireland/Guaynabo, Puerto Rico/Zuchwil or Zug, Switzerland

The base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $117,300

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
