Apple’s financial services compliance group seeks an outstanding team member to play a pivotal role in supporting the development, maintenance, organization, and management of policies, procedures, and compliance training. We’re looking for someone who works well in collaborative environments with minimal formal structure and is comfortable in changing environments with competing priorities. They must possess financial services product knowledge, a natural curiosity, and the ability to effectively communicate requirements of policies, procedures, and employee training.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and technical writing skills including the ability to effectively communicate complex matters in a simple and logical manner

  • Significant experience in policy, procedure, and training development

  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills and the ability to work as part of a cross functional group are essential

  • Familiarity with consumer financial services laws and regulations

  • Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to lead and influence across different levels within the company with the capability to assume responsibility and ownership

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence

  • Impeccable grammar and proofreading skills

  • Excellent operational, communication, analytical, and organization skills

Description

We’re looking for a motivated professional to take ownership of compliance policies, procedures, training, and related content. You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and training are high quality and demonstrate Apple’s excellence. You will play a key role in driving uniformity and supporting continued development of policies, procedures, and compliance training for consumer financial services. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to research and analyze regulatory trends, policy issues, and industry developments. The right candidate will creatively develop standards, repositories, and processes to support the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce business. The right candidate will also express a willingness to work with internal stakeholders to understand their processes and functions and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS. Masters degree or JD is a plus. - 6+ years relevant professional experience - Technical and professional writing training is a plus.
