Job Description
Moderate level of guidance and direction
Works with the Company purchasing systems and processes
Provide Buy Channel Expertise
Provide low dollar/complexity Tactical Sourcing activities
Daily PO transactions to support operational requirements
Recommends system and process enhancements
Conscious of continuous improvements by monitoring KPIs/SLAs
Manage open requisition through closed PO reporting
Responsible for purchase order generation, reporting, and distribution
Provide support and advice on buying channels to project managers and validate direct procurement requisition
Provides low dollar and low complex non-critical tactical buying activities through standard methodology and approved suppliers
Support project managers with accounting query resolution
Provide requisition processing and requestor consultation
Invoice approval for received PO’s and direct checks to vendors
Support Help Desk queries (Tier 2) and triaging contractor requests
Purchase order query management (e.g., changes, expediting, open items)
Validate supplier qualification
Review subcontractor certifications
Conduct supplier audits as prescribed by policy or the Team Lead
Support the management and maintenance of supplier catalogs
Proactively identify and advocates for improvements to existing processes and procedures
Update Ecosystem with process and policy changes, and knowledge base
Testing of system enhancements
Responsible for system training and provides guidance to new team members
Qualifications
Fluent in English
Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain
1-2 years experience in Customer Service, or Procurement preferred
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented
Knowledge of Coupa, CLM or other systems preferred
Process focused, results oriented with time management and motivational skills
Strong organizational skills
Customer satisfaction
Meets established SLAs
Supports system enhancements
Ongoing system training
