The Sales Operations Analyst role is fantastic opportunity to join the strategic and analytical side of Donaldson inside of our Industrial business. The role interacts on a daily basis with a variety of groups in our organization (Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, IT and Sales) to drive strategic decisions through internal and external analytic reporting. The role is on a growing team and ideal for someone with an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, customer-centric mindset and who is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table and collaborating with a variety of teams. Role Responsibilities: Deliver reoccurring report on business performance, customer trends and market developments to leadership and individual contributors. Facilitate strategic actions across Sales and Sales Leadership level by performing analysis, building sales plans and prioritizing key objectives. Support the Sales team by owning forecasting and analysis to make short term and long-term business recommendations to ensure goal achievement Monitor metrics and KPIs to understand their impact on the business. Generate territory trend reports across pipeline stages and support territory review meetings with field sales, external sales teams and sales leaderships on a reoccurring basis. Advocate for and drive initiatives across the company centered around data hygiene, automation and the source of truth mindset. Act as business advocate for data quality and automation in IT COEs and other business settings. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent years' experience 1-2 years post education sales operations or data analytic experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience using platforms such as: Power BI, CRM/ Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau, excel pivot tables Previous experience in strategic sales reporting Experience maintaining master data Ability to learn business processes, systems, and data relationships Strong attention to detail Self-starter, strong communication skills, and willingness to work cross functionally across the organization Key words: Sales Operations, CRM, Strategic Sales, Sales Analyst, Data Analytics #LI-Hybrid Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
