Job Summary:

Manages the child care program and provides child care services.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

•BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

•High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience:

•2 years of experience required.

•1 year of leadership or management experience required.

Responsibilities:

•Coordinates intake activities and works to maintain enrollment at full capacity.

•Recommends appropriate staffing patterns and physical facility needs necessary to meet the needs of individuals served and to comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

•Ensures appropriate curriculum development.

•Orients personnel to ensure clear understanding of job responsibilities, department procedures, fire and safety regulations and other department specific requirements.

•Assists with assessing the performance of employees and provides effective operational supervision and support to assigned staff.

•Maintains compliance with state child care regulations.

Pay range for this position is min $21.03/hr max $32.84/hr
