Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Lead Marketing Technologist in Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from customer data, market trends, and campaign performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Oversee data governance, security, and accessibility for marketing and sales teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted marketing programs, leveraging CRM systems such as Marketo to segment and engage with B2B clients effectively.

  • Drive the adoption and optimization of marketing software, conducting user acceptance tests and providing training to maximize the platform's capabilities.

  • Play a key role in implementing and maintaining customer journey to assist, lead gen teams and finally contribute to the bottom of the conversion funnel

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of at least 5+ years in a marketing technology management role within the B2B hi-tech industry.

  • Extensive experience with data analytics, including proficiency in interpreting complex datasets, using statistical methods, and deriving actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in risk assessment and data mapping, crucial for identifying and mitigating privacy risks associated with customer data and marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to navigate the complexities of data ethics and privacy regulations, aligning marketing technology strategies with GDPR and CCPA requirements to ensure responsible and lawful data management.

  • Expertise in data governance practices within the framework of GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant local regulations, enabling the effective management and protection of sensitive customer information.

  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing CRM systems, particularly Marketo, to support B2B marketing initiatives.

Education : BBA/MBA/BE/ME/MTech or equivalentExperience : 12 - 18 Year
