As the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible to lead the QA Associates to ensure the production of high-quality products at the lowest cost, while meeting the demands of our customers.
Job Related Functions and Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in QA testing and record-keeping
Oversee and enforce proper sanitation and housekeeping procedures
Monitor all Coca-Cola, Federal and State communications
Assist operations management with process equipment and product/package troubleshooting and innovation
Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the department
Safeguard departmental & organizational compliance with company policies and procedures.
Education and Requirements
High School, General Education Diploma
Bachelors' Degree Preferred
Minimum 3-5 Years' experience
Additional Skills and Technical Capabilities
Keen knowledge of the principles of manufacturing
Working knowledge of national, state, and local regulatory requirements in the areas of food safety, safety, environment, and emergency management.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices-CFR21
Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
Knowledge of HACCP
